3 for the Trinity is the online home of St. Mary's, St. Patrick's and Immaculate Conception. It is the name of our Community of Catholic Parishes.
We are a community of three Parishes serving East Fulton and All of Mason Counties under the Pastoral Care of Father David Whiteside. While the trip from St. Mary's to Immaculate Conception is 30 miles we act as one Catholic Community praying for, working with, serving and supporting each other. Like God is Three in One, we like to think our three parishes make one wonderful community.
We have a wonderful church family who is very active both within our parish and the surrounding community. Rural West Central Illinois is a needy area and we look to do our best to help our fellow man. We have a variety of events and service opportunities throughout the year.
St. Mary's is located in Lewistown, IL in Fulton County near the Spoon and Illinios Rivers. St. Mary's has been recently renovated and provides a beautiful and bright place to worship is southeast Fulton County. It is quietly tucked away in Lewistown's East side near a park.
St. Patrick's in Havana, IL is about 10 Miles from St. Mary's across the Illinois River and approximately 20 miles southwest of Manito. Being centrally located and the oldest of the three Parishes is home to the central Parish Office as well as the Rectory. It is interesting to note that at one time both St. Mary's and Immaculate Conception were missions of St. Patrick's. Havana is the seat of Mason County as well as its largest city. There has been a lot of beautiful renovation to the outside of St. Patrick's which sits on a hill and is perhaps the most traditional looking of our three parishes.
Immaculate Conception in Manito, IL is located in the far North End of Mason County and is about 20 minutes southeast of Pekin, IL. Immaculate Conception built a new Church Building and Parish Hall to accomodate the growing community in 2015. The building was truly a labor of love by all involved and it shows in the beautiful worship space.
