Although the obligation to attend Sunday Mass continues to be lifted due to the pandemic I would like you to consider coming to Mass anyway. If you are in the habit of going out shopping, going to restaurants or participating in social gatherings, please consider coming to Mass as well. Take the necessary precautions of wearing a mask, keeping distance and sanitizing your hands. Remember, you don’t have to do anything while you are in church that you don’t feel comfortable doing. No one will judge you for it. Another option is to attend Mass during the weekdays when there is only a hand full of people spread out around the church. It is important to do what you can to stay connected to the Lord and to the Church during these trying times. We need the Lord and the sacraments more than ever. Thank you for your consideration. Peace ~ Fr. David

Twenty eight people responded to the $1000 challenge!!! Now we will implement the $500 dollar challenge! Each year we collect donations for school supplies for the Piarist School in Hagar Hill, Kentucky. Due to the Corona Virus complications this year we will not be handing out envelopes, but ask that you contribute by sending your donation directly to the parish office or put your own envelope into the collection basket marked “School Supplies”. Please have your donations in by August 2nd. Thank you for your support!
Each year in the month of July we honor in a special way the Most Precious Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Sacred Blood that He shed during His Sacred Passion and Death represents His sacrificial love and all the grace He achieved for us and our salvation. Therefore, there is great power in his Blood to purify, heal and transform the world. Please continue to pray or begin praying the Litany of the Precious Blood for the rest of the month of July for our country and our world. There are copies of the litany in the narthex of the church or you can find it online. Thank you!!!
