Please note that all the faithful and especially those who are ill or at high risk maintain dispensation from attending worship services until further notice. Please stay home if you are at all uncomfortable with returning or could be ill in anyway for the safety of all.
We are pleased to annouce the return of all regularly scheduled public worship. Please be sure to observe social distancing measures and other precautions listed on the welcome page or mass page of this website.
In this video Father David gives you helpful suggestions for celebrating Mass at home. Doing everything you can to eliminate distractions and by creating as similar an environment as possible to church will enhance the focus in your home on the Mass as we Celebrate this Special Season Together, Seperately.
We hope these tips will enable you to sense the community worshipping with you from afar while we Celebrate the Mysteries of Our Faith in this Special Season.
During this time when Mass and Holy Communion are not accessible you can pray this spiritual communion prayer from home asking for the graces of communion without actually receiving communion:
“My Jesus,
I believe that You are truly present in
the Most Blessed Sacrament.
I love you above all things
and I desire to receive
You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You in Holy Communion,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You
as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to you.
Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen”
O Jesus, Joy of all the saints,
You have called each of us to become a saint,
that we might spread Your fragrance everywhere we go.
Give us the grace to respond to Your call
and may the saints who have gone before us
inspire us to follow in their footsteps of holiness and love.
O Mary, Queen of all the saints, Pray for us!
